This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Overseeing a diverse Property and Casualty sales team

• Educating and nurturing the sales personnel

• Tracking and reporting on performance and productivity

• Partnering with IT and other departmental leaders

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related discipline

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in professional liability and/or life and health insurance

• Excellent interpersonal abilities

• Valid Property and Casualty insurance license
