• Design, construct, and oversee our operational rhythms (Forecasting, Pipeline Council, Big Deal Reviews, and MBRs/QBRs).
• Perform strategic analyses to identify trends and uncover opportunities for process and strategy enhancement.
• Collaborate with GTM leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to create go-to-market strategies and resource plans.
• Drive strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the revenue organization.
• Work closely with technical teams to systematically implement processes.
• Partner with the data team to ensure the accuracy and accessibility of data for revenue-related activities.
• Manage our fiscal launch process in collaboration with finance and planning teams (e.g., setting targets, designing territory processes, etc.).
• Over 7 years of experience in revenue operations or strategy within a high-growth technology company.
• Expertise in Salesforce.com and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel).
• Strong analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience in constructing territories, compensation plans, and establishing quotas for GTM teams.
• Outstanding project management capabilities, with a history of leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong executive presence.
• Familiarity with the AI landscape, including our applications and the challenges they address for our clients.
• Ability to excel in uncertain environments and work independently.
• Exceptional organizational abilities.
• Capacity to operate with high energy, adeptly navigate frequent context shifts, manage multiple projects simultaneously with broad ownership, and prioritize effectively.
