• Oversee the annual AMS GTM planning process, encompassing fiscal year and long-range modeling, investment ROI assessments, headcount planning, quota and capacity setting, as well as territory planning.
• Collaborate with leadership to create and implement the AMS GTM framework, segmentation, and coverage model across various roles, including Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Sales Development, and Professional Services.
• Provide insights and performance monitoring regarding business health, lead funnel tracking, sales efficiency, and productivity key performance indicators through business intelligence tools.
• Direct the execution of the operating cadence within the theater, facilitating management oversight throughout the customer lifecycle at all organizational levels.
• Assist sales leadership in preparing content for essential management reporting requirements, including, but not limited to, Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Enhance CRM accuracy, pipeline analytics, forecasting, and fulfill ad hoc regional reporting needs.
• Ensure streamlined deal velocity and oversee deal management processes, recommending process improvement initiatives related to deal structures, approvals, booking processes, and more.
• Engage in regular meetings with Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and various other departments to help tackle issues, formulate plans, and promote change management.
• When necessary, evaluate inquiries directed to the AMS VP of Sales, determine the appropriate course of action, and delegate to the suitable individual for management.
• Guarantee all issues faced by the Sales Leadership team are addressed effectively, efficiently, and judiciously, while tracking progress until resolution.
• 5-8 years of pertinent business experience.
• Familiarity with SFDC (Sales Cloud, CPQ), Clari, Outreach, Zoominfo, and similar tools.
• Proven proficiency with Google G-Suite applications.
• Exceptional quantitative and analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach.
• Strong customer service orientation, capable of working independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a cooperative environment.
• BA/BS in a quantitative discipline; MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.
