• Conduct research and assess new platforms, tools, and strategies to generate high-quality leads.
• Initiate and oversee outbound campaigns through calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Interact with both warm and cold leads to schedule and conduct discovery calls.
• Execute sales calls with potential clients, identifying their pain points and presenting tailored solutions.
• Maintain our CRM system in an organized, updated, and optimized manner for performance tracking.
• Oversee the sales calendar and collaborate with recruiters and leadership for important meetings.
• Assist sales operations with administrative tasks such as preparing slides, managing the inbox, and following up on documentation.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales support, outreach, or appointment setting, preferably within staffing or recruiting.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.) and outreach platforms (like Apollo, Lemlist, etc.).
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills, particularly over the phone.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• At least C1-level English proficiency, as you will communicate with North American clients and prospects.
