📋 Description

• **Key Responsibilities**

• - Spearhead the formulation and implementation of the regional sales strategy for Asia, aligned with Upstream's overarching business goals.

• - Take ownership of and achieve financial objectives (revenue, profitability, and market share) across designated markets and accounts.

• - Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with major **telecom operators**, digital collaborators, and enterprise clients in the region.

• - Facilitate comprehensive commercial engagement, from opportunity identification and proposal crafting to contract negotiations and execution.

• - Oversee the entire P&L and business planning for the region, ensuring effective execution of all project initiatives.

• - Serve as the primary commercial escalation contact for all significant operator accounts in Asia.

• - Offer market insights and identify emerging opportunities to bolster innovation and business development.

• - Assist in establishing Asia as a crucial growth area for Upstream in the coming years.


⛳️ Requirements

• **Knowledge, Skills & Experience**

• - **5+ years** of demonstrated experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably within telecommunications, VAS, mobile marketing, or digital advertising.

• - Proven track record of managing and expanding substantial operator accounts in Asia.

• - Strong connections and capability to engage with C-level executives within mobile operators and digital ecosystems.

• - Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing, mobile engagement, and performance-based commercial frameworks.

• - Proficiency in mapping mobile operator organizations, comprehending internal dynamics, and navigating decision-making processes.

• - Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to planning and decision-making.

• - Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.

• - Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-focused attitude.

• - Capacity to excel in a multinational, fast-paced setting and work effectively across diverse cultures.

• - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is advantageous.

• - **Travel requirement: up to 50%.**
