This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a portfolio of eBay sellers, concentrating on GMV growth, retention, listing quality, and overall marketplace performance.
• Track seller health metrics such as ratings, service metrics, policy flags, and GMV trends, proactively engaging with at-risk accounts to reduce churn and implement improvement plans.
• Lead onboarding and training programs for new sellers to guarantee a successful ramp-up and sustained performance in the marketplace.
• Resolve listing, compliance, and eLINK integration issues by collaborating with Product, Development, and Technical Support teams to efficiently address escalations.
• Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback, marketplace insights, and product suggestions with the eBay Sales Manager and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales to deliver product expertise, marketing materials, and eLINK demonstrations.
• Assist in email communication initiatives, including performance alerts, reactivation campaigns, and outreach regarding account health.
• Represent Hollander-Solera as an eBay subject matter expert at industry events, trade shows, panels, and educational sessions, strengthening strategic relationships with eBay Motors and industry stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant work experience will be taken into account.
• 2-4 years of experience in account management, sales, ecommerce, or marketplace settings (eBay, Amazon, Shopify, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to present, train, and engage effectively with various audiences.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities, with the skill to interpret seller performance data and convert insights into actionable growth strategies.
• Proven capability to manage multiple accounts and priorities within a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
• Experience in the automotive services sector is highly preferred (recycling, collision repair, estimating, insurance).
• Practical experience with marketplace listing management, including inventory optimization, pricing strategies, and performance monitoring.
• Background in troubleshooting customer issues in SaaS, ecommerce, or marketplace platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% as needed for customer visits and industry events.
