• Become an expert in the Tubular Labs platform and customer solutions, showcasing the value of the software to potential clients at both detailed and high levels.

• Strategically develop impactful and persuasive value propositions that align with the key performance indicators of prospects to facilitate the purchasing process.

• Oversee the demonstration and trial processes for prospects in conjunction with designated sales representatives, ensuring they achieve clear success criteria and comprehend the platform's value.

• Pose pertinent probing questions to confirm business challenges and position the Tubular solution as a resolution to the identified client requirements.

• Exhibit a strong presence during client calls and meetings—collaborating with Sales and Customer Success to lead demonstrations, respond to inquiries in real time, and adjust conversations according to the needs of the prospect or client. Be adaptable, read the room, and facilitate the progression of discussions.

• Spearhead the scoping, qualification, and estimation of API opportunities alongside Engineering and Sales, ensuring prospects fully understand integration requirements and timelines.

• Engage in proactive commercial efforts with Sales and Marketing, aiding targeted outreach and assisting in the identification and engagement of high-potential prospects.

• Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success on ongoing deals and accounts to ensure comprehensive support for prospects and clients throughout the purchasing journey and beyond; work with Marketing and PMM to determine which custom collateral and materials will enhance the sales process and boost conversion rates.

• Partner with Product and Engineering to funnel customer feedback into roadmap decisions and reveal technical insights that enhance the platform.

• Monitor metrics related to demos and trials to further refine the sales process.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required; we encourage candidates from any academic discipline to apply.

• 2–4 years of experience in a client-facing position at a SaaS, media analytics, or data vendor—preferably serving media companies or brands. Experience in a complex B2B or enterprise sales setting is a significant advantage.

• Previous experience in a client-facing or customer-facing capacity—such as pre-sales, account management, customer success, or solutions consulting—where you frequently led or co-led customer discussions.

• Business proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred; knowledge of Portuguese is an additional plus.

• A robust understanding of the social video and branded content landscape, along with how platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram contribute to measurable business results for media companies and brands.

• Ability to engage with a wide range of companies and understand their individual business needs.

• Strong listening skills to comprehend prospect needs and translate them into use cases and functionalities within the platform.

• Comfort in a sales-driven environment and ability to collaborate with sales-oriented personalities.

• Capacity to excel in the fast-paced dynamics of a start-up company.

• Solid grasp of media business models and how content performance metrics influence editorial and commercial decisions.

• Familiarity with AI tools in daily workflows; willingness to embrace and adapt to AI-assisted processes as the team evolves its operational methods.

• Basic knowledge of APIs and data integrations; ability to confidently discuss technical requirements with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Based in EMEA, with a willingness to operate across global time zones (NA, APAC, and LATAM coverage as necessary).
