Sales Solution Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to synchronize innovative strategies with technology solutions across Net Health products.

• Participate in business development, operational strategies, IT initiatives, and executive-level product demonstrations.

• Define, evaluate, and address intricate business challenges using research and creative solutions.

• Facilitate decision-making by assessing solutions and fostering consensus among stakeholders.

• Assist clients with discovery, analysis, and recommendations for strategic solutions through live product demonstrations.

• Identify customer business requirements and position analytics solutions to fulfill their objectives.

• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of customer architecture in relation to Net Health solutions.

• Lead cross-functional solution guides and align them with strategic opportunities.

• Create and present customer experience narratives utilizing analytics technologies.

• Engage in product, sales, and procedural training as well as certifications.

• Travel as necessary based on territory alignment and regional needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of Sales Solution Engineer experience is preferred, with at least 7 years of cumulative experience supporting any function within healthcare software.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a background in presenting and addressing objections in both onsite and web environments to diverse audiences.

• Required Software Proficiency: Salesforce or other Customer Success Management tools.
