📋 Description

• Create and implement a strategic regional sales plan aimed at surpassing targets.

• Cultivate robust, enduring relationships with veterinary practices and key influencers.

• Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual meetings to showcase and train on our product offerings.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on promotional campaigns and product launches.

• Analyze sales data and customer insights to uncover growth opportunities.

• Inform internal teams to enhance cross-selling success.

• Remain informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

• Demonstrated field sales experience, preferably in the veterinary or animal health sector.

• Strong understanding of animal health products and market dynamics.

• Experience with private label or own-brand products is highly advantageous.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Self-driven and capable of managing a large geographical area.

• Commercially astute with robust analytical skills.

• Proficient in utilizing CRM systems.

• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (mandatory).

• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the UK.
