This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop and nurture robust relationships with customers and essential stakeholders.
• Assess leads, identify customer requirements, and propose CIVCO solutions that meet those needs.
• Generate demand through outbound calls and follow up on leads generated by marketing efforts.
• Oversee the entire sales process — from lead generation to closing — both virtually and face-to-face.
• Conduct product demonstrations and showcase solution benefits both online and on-site.
• Provide timely updates to management regarding market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activities through CRM updates.
• Work in partnership with marketing to implement lead-nurturing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Offer post-sale support to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university in business, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field.
• 1-3 years of experience in medical sales or clinical hospital roles.
• Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in remote, virtual, and in-person selling.
• Strong grasp of the sales process and customer relationship management.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work autonomously while also being a collaborative team member.
• Reside within 45 miles of the Dallas, Texas metropolitan area.
