This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develops and implements sales strategies for assigned accounts within designated territories or regions, as well as for new and emerging business opportunities, based on national and zone strategies.
• Compiles information from both internal and external sources to prepare and deliver impactful presentations.
• Gains a thorough understanding of the segments in which customers operate and the specific challenges they face.
• Analyzes the financial implications of decisions for both the customer and the company.
• Ensures successful product launches and ongoing success through targeted sales strategies.
• Identifies and communicates best practices within the organization.
• Conducts gap and opportunity analyses that include cost implications using fundamental financial metrics.
• Proactively identifies and addresses potential execution issues and objectives before they escalate into problems.
• Collaborates with internal cross-functional teams and distribution partners.
• Works across various functions at the customer level to create mutually beneficial programs and solutions.
• Understands tactics related to the product portfolio and their alignment with company objectives.
• Takes initiative for personal development, which includes onboarding, sales training, skills enhancement, and team training.
• Performs additional duties as required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 3 to 4 years of sales experience or an appropriate combination of education and experience is required.
• Proficiency in various technologies and tools, including Microsoft Suite, virtual meeting platforms, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, PROs).
• Proven ability to leverage digital and remote selling techniques effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with negotiation capabilities.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking in English is mandatory.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
• Strong business management acumen, including financial management skills and a strategic outlook.
• Ability to travel independently, possess a valid U.S./Canadian driver’s license, and meet the company's driving standards.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% (primarily local with occasional overnight stays).
