This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Global Outreach: Implement multi-channel outreach strategies through Email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp to connect with potential clients and international brands.
• Lead Qualification: Foster rapport through engaging conversations and conduct discovery calls to assess leads for the agency’s service pipeline.
• Meeting Generation: Consistently meet monthly goals for scheduling qualified sales meetings and project consultations for the Creative & Strategy teams.
• Pipeline Management: Diligently monitor all lead activities, follow-ups, and status updates utilizing CRM tools (HubSpot/Pipedrive).
• Consultative Selling: Clearly and persuasively present marketing services (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Branding) tailored to the specific growth needs of clients.
• Objection Handling: Skillfully address commercial objections and competitive comparisons to advance deals through the sales funnel.
• Market Insights: Regularly provide feedback on performance and market trends to the leadership team to enhance outreach scripts and service offerings.
• Experience: At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management (No fresh graduates, please).
• Agency DNA: Previous experience in a Marketing Agency or selling Digital Services is strongly preferred.
• Global Outreach: Established record of reaching out to and securing clients outside of Indonesia (Global/International market).
• Global Mindset: Comfortable and capable of engaging across various time zones (EU, APAC, or US) to accommodate global client availability.
• Language Proficiency: Outstanding English communication skills (both written and verbal) for effective interaction with international stakeholders and decision-makers.
• CRM Mastery: Practical experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
• Sales DNA: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient with a strong drive for identifying new business opportunities.
• Professionalism: Ability to maintain a high level of responsiveness and uphold a professional "brand voice" in all client interactions.
