This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Engage in comprehensive discovery calls with incoming leads to assess their tax challenges, financial circumstances, and objectives.
β’ Analyze documents and system data provided by clients (such as transcripts, wage records, and previous tax returns) to propose tailored resolution programs.
β’ Manage the entire sales process from initial consultation to enrollment, ensuring a seamless and professional client journey.
β’ Establish trust by actively listening to clientsβ concerns and clearly articulating solutions, empowering them to take the next steps.
β’ Meticulously document client interactions and financial details to facilitate smooth communication among teams.
β’ Achieve or surpass sales targets through persistence, organization, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
β’ Demonstrated success in remote phone sales or telemarketing (minimum of 3 years).
β’ Highly driven with excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
β’ Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and follow-ups in a virtual environment.
β’ Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently and achieve objectives.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; capable of simplifying complex ideas.
β’ Familiarity with customer systems (Google Suite, Salesforce preferred).
β’ Strong empathy and professionalism when addressing sensitive client matters.
β’ Effective time management skills and adaptability in a dynamic work setting.
