This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Conduct comprehensive discovery calls with incoming leads to assess their tax challenges, financial circumstances, and objectives.
• Review client-submitted documents and system data (such as transcripts, wage records, and previous tax returns) to propose tailored resolution programs.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial consultation to enrollment, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for clients.
• Establish trust by actively listening to clients’ concerns and articulating solutions clearly, empowering them to proceed.
• Diligently document client interactions and financial details to guarantee effective communication across teams.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets through dedication, organization, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated success in remote phone sales or telemarketing (minimum of 3 years).
• Highly driven with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient in managing high call volumes and follow-ups within a virtual environment.
• Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and achieve objectives.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; capable of simplifying complex ideas.
• Familiarity with customer systems (Google Suite, Salesforce preferred).
• Strong empathy and professionalism when addressing sensitive client matters.
• Effective time management and flexibility in a fast-paced setting.
