This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement territory sales strategies to meet volume and gross margin goals.

• Analyze sales data and market trends to uncover opportunities and execute account plans.

• Cultivate strong relationships with retail and on-premise customers, offering product, promotion, and sales advice.

• Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate performance and modify programs or targets as necessary.

• Coordinate and implement key account and marketing initiatives, providing feedback on their effectiveness.

• Uphold merchandising standards and influence space allocation and product visibility.

• Manage expenses within budget and promote continuous improvement (MUDA reduction).

• Maintain precise customer and sales data in CRM systems and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

• Engage in industry events and keep abreast of competitor activities and consumer trends.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a consumer-packaged goods setting.

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field.

• Demonstrated ability to implement sales plans, meet targets, and drive revenue growth.

• Strong relationship-building capabilities with both internal and external partners.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills, complemented by strong presentation abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including CRM 365, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

• Experience in the beverage alcohol industry is a plus.

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to demonstrate behaviors consistent with organizational values.

• Responsible beverage service certification (as mandated by the province).
