Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Managing incoming calls and engaging with warm leads

• Advising both potential and current policyholders on their insurance requirements

• Identifying the appropriate coverages, products, and benefits

• Transforming sales leads into policyholders

• Commencing paid training from the first day in a remote work setting

• Following a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred 2-3 years of sales experience

• Required 2 years of experience in sales/service-related roles

• Essential strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to successfully close sales

• Ability to communicate effectively with both prospects and customers

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities

• Proficient typing skills and computer literacy

• Property and Casualty License must be obtained post-hire
