This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Managing both existing and new accounts, which includes on-site analysis, troubleshooting, inspection, design, and installation of feed and delivery systems along with any service-related functions pertaining to the sale and maintenance of Kemira product lines.
• Creating a business strategy with defined goals and objectives for sales and profitability for both new and existing businesses.
• Delivering timely service reports to customers.
• Communicating the requirements and opportunities of the mill.
• Focusing on customer needs and identifying additional sales opportunities.
• Overseeing the quality of Kemira products and services, while addressing any arising issues.
• Addressing customer concerns to ensure their satisfaction.
• Keeping sales information systems and expense reporting systems updated and accurate in a timely manner.
• Participating in relevant industry conferences and assigned company meetings.
• Enhancing technical and sales competencies by engaging in and completing company-approved training programs.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent field experience in paper specialty chemical sales, paper science, chemistry, biology, microbiology, or chemical engineering.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in the paper industry.
• Competence in developing Key Account or Project Plans and executing them with discipline.
• Strong focus on documenting the ROI for both new and existing applications.
• Ability to cultivate “trust-based” relationships with key purchasers.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
