Sales Phone Operator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Identify and create patient sales opportunities by collecting and qualifying new prospects through targeted inquiries, including but not limited to service interest, lead source, and demographic data.

• Serve as the primary compliance checkpoint by evaluating and classifying patient inquiries as qualified or disqualified based on their needs, eligibility, or restrictions.

• Ensure a 24-hour response time for addressing missed calls and voicemails, as well as for reviewing and directing email inquiries or support tickets to the correct department.

• Operate a multi-line phone system and route calls to the appropriate team member or department.

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls.

• Review voicemails and return customer calls as necessary.

• Responsible for accurately recording complete patient information in the CRM.

• Maintain high-volume inbound and outbound communications, ensuring details are logged in the CRM.

• Facilitate communication between patients and the relevant Defy department to aid in the intake process as needed.

• Adhere to established sales operating procedures and customer service best practices.

• Meet all key performance indicator (KPI) expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare is preferred.

• High School Diploma (Associate’s degree in healthcare preferred) or higher.

• Capable of managing a high volume of inbound phone calls and emails daily.

• Ability to effectively interact with a diverse patient population via phone and email.

• Willingness to work collaboratively and demonstrate effective teamwork.

• Proficient in executing active listening and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with individuals at all levels.

• Ability to efficiently learn and utilize various computer software programs.

• Capability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

• Genuine interest in therapies related to wellness, quality of life, and hormone therapies.
