This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Define, implement, and uphold a standardized performance measurement framework throughout all business units.
• Establish comprehensive KPIs across the enterprise that cover service, throughput, quality, and friction points to facilitate consistent and actionable performance evaluations.
• Develop governance processes to guarantee data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting across all teams and business units.
• Collaborate internally to design and sustain scalable dashboards and reporting standards that offer clear, actionable insights for leaders and stakeholders.
• Analyze trends, pinpoint risks and opportunities, and deliver executive-ready insights to steer strategic decision-making.
• Convert performance data into operational enhancements and measurable business impact through structured feedback mechanisms.
• Work alongside business unit leaders to promote data-informed decision-making and foster ongoing performance improvement.
• Ensure data integrity and consistently enhance reporting frameworks, methodologies, and processes for efficiency, accuracy, and clarity.
• Act as the enterprise-wide custodian of performance visibility and insights, ensuring that reporting is consistent, precise, and actionable.
• Anticipate business needs proactively, recommend predictive analytics, and identify emerging trends to optimize sales performance.
• Collaborate across functions to align metrics with organizational objectives and support initiatives aimed at operational excellence.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in sales performance, operational analytics, business intelligence, or process improvement, preferably in a dynamic, technology-driven electronics distribution or B2B environment.
• Demonstrated ability to define and implement enterprise-wide performance measurement frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting standards across multiple business units.
• Strong comprehension of SLA/KPI management, operational standards, and continuous improvement methodologies, with a proven record of fostering alignment across teams.
• Outstanding analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex performance data into actionable recommendations for executives and leaders.
• Experience in delivering executive-level reporting, analyzing trends, identifying risks and opportunities, and transforming insights into operational enhancements.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities, projects, and reporting initiatives simultaneously.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working alongside Operations, Sales, IT, and business leaders to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable performance insights.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, with the ability to adapt swiftly while maintaining high standards.
• Proficient in business intelligence and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems, BI platforms, dashboarding tools, data visualization software).
• Data-driven and metrics-focused, capable of validating data, measuring impact, and continually refining reporting and insight generation across the organization.
