📋 Description

• The Sales & Operations Optimization Manager acts as a strategic link between the sales and operations teams to enhance commercial excellence, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

• This position is accountable for overseeing intricate sales processes, coordinating cross-departmental initiatives, and refining internal workflows to bolster revenue growth and customer retention across North America.

• Evaluate sales performance data and deliver insights into customer purchasing behavior, trends, and market/product performance to guide strategic choices.

• Regularly distribute PEC sheets and ZoomInfo contacts to sales team members, offering detailed project insights, capital value estimates, and key decision-maker contacts to facilitate targeted outreach and opportunity qualification.

• Conduct territory development strategy sessions with OSRs and provide tailored contact lists and project intelligence to assist sales representatives in prioritizing outreach, aligning with strategic growth areas, and accelerating pipeline development.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to DBAs and independents by pinpointing pain points, analyzing data, and recommending and implementing swift solutions.

• Collaborate with GMs and independent sales office leadership to synchronize go-to-market strategies and customer-specific inventory planning.

• Function as a central point of contact for cross-functional initiatives involving sales, operations, engineering, and executive leadership.

• Foster alignment between field sales and corporate functions through regular updates, escalation management, and strategic planning.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical inside sales, data analytics, and/or sales management, preferably within the process flow industry.

• A valid driver’s license is required along with reliable personal transportation.

• Must comply with Bray’s Drivers Policy requirements, which include a background check, physical, credit check, and proof of auto insurance.

• Strong technical proficiency in creating Excel PivotTables and performing data analysis.

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities with both internal and external teams.

• Proven track record of managing complex projects under deadlines while working with cross-functional teams.

• An analytical mindset with expertise in interpreting sales and operational data.

• Capable of providing actionable insights that support GM, VP, and executive decision-making.

• Skilled at interpreting sales performance data to guide strategic planning and increase revenue.
