This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Design, implement, and consistently enhance sales processes, tools, and workflows.
• Promote CRM usage, ensure data accuracy, establish reporting standards, and maintain process discipline.
• Create and evaluate sales reports, forecasts, KPIs, and dashboards to aid decision-making.
• Deliver actionable insights to sales leadership based on performance metrics and trend analysis.
• Coordinate pricing, quotations, and contract procedures in collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Commercial teams.
• Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members.
• Act as a vital link between Sales, Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Service.
• Aid in managing lead times, aligning capacity, and meeting customer expectations.
• Lead or assist with initiatives such as new product launches, territory planning, and customer segmentation.
• Drive ongoing improvement initiatives throughout the sales function.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in sales operations, commercial support, or business analysis.
• Experience in plastics, packaging, or manufacturing sectors is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to support high-performing sales teams in dynamic, product-oriented organizations.
