• Develop and oversee structured onboarding programs for Truehold and Truehold Financial sales positions, which include role-specific ramp plans, product training, and defined 30/60/90 milestones.
• Create and sustain the essential enablement library—comprising playbooks, talk tracks, battlecards, and product materials—anchored in the actual methods of winning deals.
• Provide continuous enablement through focused training, micro-learning sessions, and workshops aligned with product updates, methodologies, and performance challenges.
• Identify skill and knowledge gaps using data and insights from the field, designing solutions that yield measurable enhancements in productivity, pipeline, and revenue.
• Establish and monitor enablement KPIs (such as time-to-productivity, win rates, quota achievement, and content utilization) and refine programs based on outcomes.
• Document and standardize the complete sales process, maintaining SOPs and managing the sales knowledge base (Notion) for accuracy and accessibility.
• Collaborate across functions with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Product to facilitate GTM initiatives, product launches, and process modifications, ensuring strong field preparedness.
• Assess, implement, and promote the adoption of sales tools and CRM workflows, translating operational modifications into clear, actionable enablement.
• Develop a coaching and continuous learning environment in collaboration with sales leadership, integrating manager feedback, peer learning, and performance insights.
• Keep abreast of market trends and utilize emerging tools (including AI) to perpetually enhance the speed, quality, and impact of enablement.
• 3–6 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or GTM-related operations (preferably within a sales organization of 20–100 people).
• Experience with Salesforce is a significant advantage.
• Proven history of creating content that sales representatives actively utilize.
• Excellent analytical skills and written communication abilities.
