• Evaluate sales performance metrics and trends to enhance decision-making and improve forecast precision.
• Establish objectives, processes, and reporting mechanisms for service warranty conversions and service contract renewals.
• Assist in field operations such as quarterly business reviews and various corporate initiatives.
• Ensure and enhance CRM data integrity, maintain pipeline hygiene, and guarantee reporting accuracy.
• Facilitate sales planning activities, including territory assignments, quota establishment, and compensation modeling.
• Create and manage sales dashboards, reports, and performance KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR) to harmonize strategies and exchange insights.
• Aid in Salesforce optimization, user training, and implementation of tool projects.
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities within the sales process; suggest actionable solutions.
• Assist with continuous initiatives related to sales enablement, compensation, and forecasting.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of pertinent experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is advantageous.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a qualification that meets the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
