This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.
• Evaluate extensive and intricate data sets to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations for sales and business leadership.
• Design, develop, and maintain analytics and reporting solutions independently, adapting to changing business needs with minimal supervision.
• Gather, analyze, and verify data for both recurring and ad hoc sales reports.
• Support the creation of analytical models for goal setting, forecasting, performance tracking, and capturing essential operational metrics.
• Conduct data quality control, cleansing, and alignment across various data sources to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
• Utilize advanced Excel features (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, data modeling) to meet analysis and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with the Sales Operations Director to create, develop, and implement Power BI dashboards and reports that fulfill internal and executive reporting needs.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Power BI, focusing on data modeling, report optimization, and automating recurring reports.
• Integrate data from diverse systems and legacy sources into Power BI, understanding the contribution of each data source to the final reported outputs.
• Regularly evaluate and refine reporting logic as business requirements, definitions, or data sources evolve, prioritizing intended outcomes over static instructions.
• Work closely with IT, Finance & Accounting, Operations, and Business Units to collect, validate, and reconcile data across departments.
• Recognize and eliminate duplicate reporting efforts while optimizing data workflows to enhance efficiency and data reliability.
• Maintain a solid understanding of CRM systems and sales enablement tools, including the data flow between systems.
• Analyze BI dashboards and reports to proactively detect data quality issues.
• Demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, or sales/business operations analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of working independently and managing competing priorities.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel.
• Proven experience in developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement platforms.
• Ability to comprehend complex data environments and quickly adapt as systems and requirements change.
