This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Connect the sales, finance, and operations departments effectively.
• Assist in the complete sales lifecycle process.
• Ensure data accuracy within our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
• Manage and support contract processes.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• 0 - 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance Operations, or a relevant academic background.
• A strong enthusiasm for learning and advancing within the position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; capable of handling sensitive financial and payment discussions with tact and professionalism.
• A high degree of accuracy when inputting data and reviewing legal/financial documents.
• Effective time-management skills with the capability to prioritize urgent contract requests alongside regular collection workflows.
