This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• We are looking for a seasoned Sales Manager to oversee and implement the company's Sales strategies across various channels in a remote setting.
• In this position, you will enhance brand visibility, attract customers (specifically Restaurants), and drive revenue growth through innovative strategic initiatives.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and creative departments, is essential to ensure alignment with business objectives and the overall Sales strategy.
• The ideal candidate should be capable of scheduling, demonstrating, and selling SaaS (Software as a Service), as well as Social Media and Digital Marketing Packages in Canada and the USA.
• Assist Sales Representatives in engaging more clients and closing additional sales by streamlining and outsourcing activities.
• Brand Management: Supervise the company’s brand messaging and positioning to maintain consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
• Market Research: Evaluate market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product teams, sales, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business goals and product launches.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, HubSpot), offering insights and recommendations for enhancement.
• Content Strategy: Partner with the content and creative teams to create high-quality, engaging content that fosters interaction and supports campaign goals.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Sales Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is preferred).
• Experience in the Food and Beverage (F n B) industry (e.g., Zomato, Swiggy, Uber Eats) is preferred.
• This position is 100% remote.
• Proven experience in the Global Market, particularly in Lead Generation in the USA and Canada.
• 4-5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, demonstrating a successful track record in a senior position.
• Background in developing and managing Sales strategies for both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Strong comprehension of data-driven marketing, customer segmentation, and analytics.
