This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Lead a team of sales professionals to drive revenue generation.
• Recruit, train, and motivate team members while building a sales pipeline, marketing through webinars and events, developing playbooks, and analyzing data.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to technology buyers in the United States.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing for each opportunity.
• Cultivate long-term strategic relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction.
• Track, analyze, and report essential qualitative feedback and quantitative metrics back to the organization.
• Exhibit strong leadership and management skills, with the capability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
• Establish and set OKRs and KRAs for both individuals and the team.
• Highly self-motivated and entrepreneurial, possessing experience in leading and managing sales teams in a distributed environment.
• 8+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• At least 4+ years of experience in selling RPA or Process Automation solutions to financial services.
• Proven history of consistently meeting sales quotas.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal (on the phone) and written (via email).
• Able to work during USA East Coast hours (8 am to 5 pm).
• Proficient in English with a good understanding of USA culture.
• Previous experience working with C-level executives is essential.
