This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Engaging in the development and acquisition of business within the Power Stability sector for Transmission, Distribution, Power Generation Utilities, and Developers clientele.

• Managing the entire process from identifying new business prospects to fostering customer relationships until deal finalization.

• Offering solutions that facilitate increased integration of renewable energy sources into the grid.

• Cultivating and overseeing relationships with TSOs/DSOs, regulatory bodies, utilities, IPPs, and partners to influence planning and procurement processes.

• Aiding in achieving order targets for Power Conversion and Storage in North America within a strategic and expanding segment of the business.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

• Preference for a degree in electrical, electromechanical, or a related engineering field.

• At least 8 years of experience in sales and/or business development within the technology, energy, or a comparable sector.

• Familiarity with medium voltage power conversion technologies, including but not limited to power electronics and electrical rotating machines.

• Strong customer-focused approach, with the capability to translate customer requirements and challenges into profitable business solutions.

• Strategic thinker with the capacity to transform business development obstacles into growth opportunities.

• Demonstrated experience working effectively in multicultural and remote team settings, showcasing inclusive behaviors.

• Proven capability in functional or matrix leadership, leading through influence rather than authority.

• Willingness to travel as required for business purposes.
