This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
β’ Oversee and expand a portfolio of municipal water and wastewater accounts through both direct and indirect sales strategies.
β’ Create and implement territory sales plans that align with Solenis' growth objectives.
β’ Discover new municipal opportunities via bidding processes, renewals, and competitive conversions.
β’ Assist and shape municipal chemical bids in collaboration with Bid Management, Pricing, and Technical teams.
β’ Establish, nurture, and maintain relationships with distributors, agents, and channel partners.
β’ Enhance channel performance through collaborative sales planning, training, and opportunity development.
β’ Act as the primary commercial liaison for municipal stakeholders, including operators, engineers, purchasing staff, and decision-makers.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
β’ 3β7+ years of sales experience, ideally within municipal water/wastewater, industrial chemicals, or technical solutions sales.
β’ Proven track record in selling through indirect channels or distributors.
β’ Strong knowledge of municipal procurement and public-sector sales.
β’ Exceptional skills in relationship-building, negotiation, and presentations.
β’ Openness to travel within the designated territory.
