This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and guide a team of Field Sales Representatives, offering support and direction to enhance performance and meet sales objectives.
• Formulate and execute effective sales strategies aimed at broadening our customer base and achieving or surpassing revenue targets.
• Generate and present precise sales forecasts informed by territory insights and market dynamics.
• Conduct regular in-person visits and check-ins with clients and prospects, fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Discover opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our solutions during field interactions, maximizing revenue potential.
• Prepare and present compelling presentations to clients while training your team on successful sales methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure our offerings align with client needs in the field.
• Keep thorough records of sales activities, team performance, and client interactions within CRM systems.
• Participate in industry events and trade shows to enhance sales and generate leads, establishing Solera as a thought leader in the market.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of field sales management experience in the collision industry, with a demonstrated track record of success, particularly in SaaS solutions.
• Previous experience in the automotive repair and collision industry is mandatory.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team, driving performance and achieving sales objectives.
• Skilled in negotiating business terms with line-of-business leaders, senior management, and C-level executives.
• A consistent history of surpassing sales quotas in competitive environments.
• Capability to excel in a fast-paced work setting and adapt to evolving customer needs.
