Sales Manager – IT Security Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Identify, engage, and onboard key sales partners, value-added resellers (VARs), and managed service providers (MSPs) throughout Germany.

• Conduct onboarding sessions and training for partner sales teams on Syteca's PAM, ITDR, and UAM solutions.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to German partners, ensuring engagement, partner tiering, sales pipeline visibility, and long-term loyalty.

• Represent Syteca at regional trade shows, cybersecurity meetups, and partner events.

• Provide detailed and precise technical content for RFPs and RFIs.

• Collaborate closely with product management, support, and marketing to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy.

• Travel approximately 20% of working time each month, primarily to industry conferences, strategic partners, and joint on-site meetings with end customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent practical experience.

• 2+ years of demonstrated success in the B2B technology sector.

• Experience in cybersecurity, IAM/PAM, or SaaS infrastructure is a significant advantage.

• Strong, active network of established IT distributors, resellers, and system integrators within the German market.

• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

• Profound technical understanding of IT security, particularly cybersecurity.

• German language proficiency at a native or business-fluent level, both written and spoken, is essential.

• Professional proficiency in English is required.

• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of working time each month.
