Sales Manager – GDPR & AI Act Compliance SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Identify and connect with potential B2B clients throughout the European Union

• Independently develop and oversee a sales pipeline

• Present DPO-One’s SaaS solution to organizations facing challenges with GDPR, data privacy, and AI Act compliance

• Engage with stakeholders and decision-makers to generate interest and secure management support

• Conduct product introductions, demonstrations, and presentations as needed

• Understand client requirements and present the solution in a consultative manner

• Assist in the creation of the go-to-market strategy for GDPR and AI Act compliance use cases

• Collaborate closely with leadership to enhance sales messaging and market strategy

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, compliance-focused sales, or technology sales

• Exceptional communication and persuasive skills

• Capability to engage with management-level stakeholders and decision-makers

• Interest in or knowledge of GDPR, data privacy, AI regulation, or compliance issues

• Comfortable working remotely and managing personal sales activities

• Proficient in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a significant advantage

• Must be based in the European Union

• Open to flexible or part-time collaboration arrangements

• Self-motivated, proactive, and adept at working in a startup or developing business environment
