Sales Manager – Exterior Vinyl Window Applications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Define, implement, and diligently pursue a high-impact sales strategy for markets, products, and industries within the designated region.

• Establish and achieve ambitious margin and growth objectives, fostering commercial excellence and enhancing market penetration.

• Lead by example in acquiring, retaining, and satisfying customers, while cultivating strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.

• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive dynamics to proactively identify risks and capitalize on opportunities.

• Develop and execute innovative tactical and strategic plans that align with segment growth goals.

• Identify and leverage emerging market trends, disruptive technologies, and new product possibilities.

• Present actionable business strategies and outcomes to executive leadership, ensuring alignment and support.

• Maintain the highest standards of quality, technical compliance, and customer service.

• Represent the segment externally, enhancing relationships with customers, authorities, and industry partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree

• Over 5 years of sales management experience in a related industry

• Proven history of surpassing ambitious sales and margin targets

• Expert-level skills in sales, negotiation, and presentation

• Advanced financial acumen and expertise in business management

• In-depth market knowledge, including insights into customer and competitor trends

• Demonstrated capability to drive commercial excellence and strategic transformation

• Willingness to travel 20-50%

• Experience in exterior lamination
