This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to surpass monthly goals and achieve annual targets within the construction technology industry.
• Initiate the identification of new market opportunities by engaging with industry leaders and nurturing strategic B2B partnerships.
• Collaborate with technical pre-sales specialists to create and implement advanced account strategies aimed at acquiring high-value new clients.
• Act as a prominent brand representative at major industry events, fostering influential connections with technology partners and associations.
• Promote field success by accompanying your team on-site for client discovery sessions and high-stakes presentations throughout the US.
• A minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in a software setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Comprehensive understanding of the US Civil market and/or workflows within the construction industry.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate effectively with C-level executives and a variety of stakeholders.
• Strong experience in business development, including proactive prospecting and strategic networking.
• Proven track record of developing and modifying sales tactics in response to market trends and customer insights.
• A valid driver's license and the capacity to travel 30-40% of the time to support field operations.
