This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Engaging in cold outreach is a daily responsibility, utilizing phone, LinkedIn, events, and trade shows.
• You will identify key decision-makers at targeted companies and proactively cultivate relationships.
• Initial conversations will be conducted to uncover customer needs, and you will involve the internal team as discussions deepen.
• You will oversee the deal from the initial contact all the way to closure.
• There will be occasional on-site meetings with customers when it is beneficial, approximately 20% of the time.
• You will provide valuable market feedback, sharing insights on customer needs and gaps in offerings.
• A minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, including a proven track record of closed deals.
• You are unfazed by cold outreach; in fact, you thrive on it.
• You possess the ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and understandable manner.
• A basic understanding of digitalization, software, or AI is essential.
• You should have a confident presence when engaging with CEOs or IT managers.
• Proficiency in German and good command of English is required.
• (Bonus points): Experience in sectors such as energy, health, finance, Industry 4.0, or mechanical engineering is advantageous.
• Familiarity with public funding and grant programs is preferred.
• An established network within the industrial mid-market in NRW is beneficial.
• Experience in a startup environment or a self-driven approach with minimal back-office support is a plus.
