This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Propel revenue growth by acquiring new national accounts within the commercial door sector.
• Foster and enhance relationships with current clients across various verticals, such as construction, retail, and industrial markets.
• Collaborate effectively with internal Sales Operations and Project Management teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Articulate Clopay’s value proposition to contractors, architects, facility managers, and procurement teams.
• Develop and present customized proposals, presentations, and product solutions.
• Recognize cross-selling opportunities and aid in the expansion of existing accounts.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive offerings to maintain a leading position in the market.
• Leverage CRM tools to monitor sales pipeline, activities, and account progression.
• 5–8+ years of experience in outside sales within the commercial door, access systems, or related building materials industries.
• Proven success in managing national accounts and engaging in project-based sales.
• Experience in selling through contractor networks and directly to commercial end-users.
• Knowledgeable in construction documents, architectural plans, and project timelines.
• Proficient in managing long-cycle sales and coordinating with multiple decision-makers.
• Familiarity with dock doors, hoods, shelters, bumpers, restraints, dock levelers, and related items.
