Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and nurture a team of up to 10 account executives to meet and surpass sales objectives.

• Offer continuous coaching, feedback, and development to foster both individual and team achievements.

• Develop and enhance sales strategies, tools, and processes to improve efficiency.

• Spearhead recruitment initiatives for team growth, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to refine sales strategies and drive revenue growth.

• Evaluate performance metrics and market trends to adapt strategies and accomplish results.

• Cultivate a practice of utilizing AI tools to think, create, analyze, and execute more efficiently—it should be your standard approach, not an afterthought.

• Demonstrated experience in managing and coaching sales teams, including both AEs and BDRs.

• Strong forecasting methodologies to consistently exceed sales targets.

• Superior communication and interpersonal skills for effective coaching and collaboration.

• Proficiency in sales strategies, pipeline management, and performance analytics.
