This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Accomplish the yearly sales objectives.

• Sustain and enhance existing top-line sales with key accounts within the region.

• Engage in direct selling by interacting with decision-makers at accounts.

• Create new business opportunities through the application of consultative selling techniques.

• Distinguish the Andritz product range by highlighting its unique emphasis on advanced technologies.

• Meet the goals outlined in sales and marketing strategies.

• Increase the business's top-line revenue; broaden market share.

• Assess and report on customer satisfaction levels.

• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and fulfillment of sales contracts.

• Secure purchase orders effectively.

• Collaborate with fellow Sales Team members to establish, nurture, and sustain relationships with key accounts.

• Work together with other Sales Managers to share information and insights, contributing to the efficient coordination of sales efforts and best practices.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience working remotely while managing a regional sales territory.

• Goal-oriented individual who approaches sales tasks with vigor and tenacity to achieve short-term objectives.

• Capable of employing empathy throughout the sales process to gain valuable feedback from customers.

• Strong memory and quick comprehension of detailed information across various customers and products.

• Background in consultative selling and/or training in the Dale Carnegie style.

• Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.

• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats for sales purposes.

• Acknowledges the significance of balancing the achievement of sales volume targets.

• Skilled in building robust interpersonal relationships alongside providing technical sales support.

• Experience in navigating the “complex” sale of industrial engineered products.

• Background in a manufacturing setting, preferably in roles related to outside sales, inside sales, or customer service.

• Familiarity with selling made-to-order MRO products.

• Knowledge of industrial materials including tool steels, ceramics, and tungsten carbide.

• Comfortable presenting in front of groups in business and industrial environments.

• Experience collaborating with traditional corporate structured divisions such as engineering, maintenance, purchasing, and quality departments.
