
Sales Leader – Service Provider, Carriers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Achieve year-over-year growth in bookings that surpasses the segment baseline; protect and increase market share within accounts.
• Develop and implement a Horizon 2 strategy aimed at transforming plans into a committed sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with CTOs, CIOs, CPOs, VPs of Infrastructure, and CISOs; nurture executive relationships in top-tier accounts and manage specific engagements.
• Work alongside Business Units (Internet & Mass-Scale Infrastructure, Compute, Networking, Security, Splunk), Channels, Customer Experience, leadership, and Service Provider teams where there is customer overlap.
• Ensure forecast precision, adhere to MEDDPICC principles, and uphold pipeline integrity.
• Over 6 years of experience in enterprise technology sales.
• Familiarity with Service Provider clients, production networks, and channel partnerships.
• Proven success in generating new revenue rather than solely managing an existing client base.
• Experience in managing sales portfolios with an emphasis on recurring revenue, renewal rates, and territory expansion.
• Expertise in business planning and sales forecasting for reports to senior leadership.
• Experience handling complex sales cycles that range from 3 to 24 months.
• Direct supervisory or management experience (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate and sustain executive-level relationships with CXOs (preferred).
• Strong capabilities in competitive analysis and converting market insights into effective sales strategies (preferred).
• Experience in facilitating skill-building workshops to enhance team quota achievement (preferred).
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and navigate significant corporate interdependencies (preferred).
• Proficient in identifying and developing "new logo" opportunities within the Service Provider sector (preferred).
