This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kenya.
• Assist sales team members in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients.
• Gain and develop a comprehensive understanding of InEvent’s event technology and AV software solutions.
• Support the sales process by creating sales materials, organizing meetings, and following up on leads.
• Engage with prospective clients through various channels (phone, email, and other outreach methods) to gather information and establish initial relationships.
• Provide essential product information and address initial customer inquiries.
• Keep accurate and current records of customer interactions and activities within CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot).
• Work closely with sales team members to reach both individual and collective sales objectives.
• Actively participate in training and development initiatives to enhance sales abilities and product knowledge.
• Monitor and recognize opportunities to understand market trends, customer needs, and the event technology landscape.
• Strong enthusiasm for sales, technology, and customer engagement.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar).
• Positive attitude, robust work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow.
• Capability to work independently while also effectively contributing within a team.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with common business software applications.
• Proficiency in English for professional and business communication.
