This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Engage in authentic Sales roles
• Take charge of both individual and group projects addressing real business challenges
• Gain knowledge through job shadowing and practical experience
• Experience rotations in various business segments
• Collaborate with international and cross-functional teams
• Acquire an in-depth understanding of the business through visits to Manufacturing plants, Sales Offices, Technical Centers, and Headquarters
• Participate in customer visits and business-related activities
• Receive training in product, market, and business intelligence
• Gain exposure to strategic decision-making at the European level
• Education: Master’s degree or equivalent in areas such as Economics, Business Administration or Management, Finance or Accounting, Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Data, or similar), Marketing, Sales, or other business-centric studies
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Data awareness and an analytical mindset, comfortable working with numbers and insights
• Proficiency in AI and a curiosity about digital tools that aid sales and decision-making
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Results-oriented attitude with a drive to achieve objectives
• Customer-focused mindset with an interest in understanding client needs
• Fluent in English – C1 level
• Proficiency in the local language (C1) as required by the hiring country
• Valid driving license
• Willingness to travel internationally and collaborate across cultures
