This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, scoping, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
• Develop and implement a territory strategy aimed at acquiring new clients and increasing revenue within existing enterprise accounts.
• Promote the comprehensive range of offensive security services, including penetration testing, red teaming, cloud security assessments, and managed offensive capabilities.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline with over 3x quota coverage and ensure reliable forecasting.
• Facilitate consultative conversations with CISOs, engineering leaders, AppSec teams, and procurement stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical subject matter experts and consulting leaders to create solutions tailored to client risk, maturity, and regulatory demands.
• Foster multi-faceted relationships within accounts to enhance deal closure speed and renewal rates.
• Present engaging client presentations, statements of work, and value-driven proposals.
• Collaborate closely with the consulting delivery team to accurately define engagement scopes and guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with marketing on targeted campaigns, regional events, and account-based marketing initiatives.
• Meet or surpass quarterly and annual booking objectives.
• Ensure the precision of CRM data, forecasting, and pipeline metrics.
• Promote a healthy blend of service revenue including new client acquisitions, expansions, and multi-project initiatives.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven quota-carrying experience in selling cybersecurity consulting or technical professional services, with a strong preference for offensive security services.
• A demonstrated history of surpassing annual booking targets.
• Strong comprehension of penetration testing methodologies, red teaming frameworks, and enterprise security requirements.
• Experience in selling to enterprise or strategic accounts in Europe, with the ability to navigate various regulatory landscapes (e.g., GDPR, NIS2).
• Exceptional skills in consultative selling, communication, and negotiation.
• Highly self-motivated, independent, and comfortable working in a remote-first setting.
