This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +5 more states.
• Take ownership of the complete sales process: prospecting, qualification, scoping, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing.
• Develop and implement a territory strategy aimed at acquiring new logos and increasing revenue within existing enterprise accounts.
• Present the comprehensive range of offensive security services, including penetration testing, red teaming, cloud security testing, and managed offensive capabilities.
• Maintain a robust pipeline with over 3x quota coverage and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Lead consultative conversations with CISOs, engineering leaders, AppSec teams, and procurement stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical subject matter experts and consulting leaders to design solutions that meet client risk, maturity, and regulatory needs.
• Cultivate multi-threaded relationships within accounts to enhance deal velocity and renewal rates.
• Create engaging client presentations, statements of work, and value-driven proposals.
• Work closely with the consulting delivery team to accurately scope engagements and guarantee high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with marketing on targeted campaigns, regional events, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
• Provide field intelligence and competitive insights to product, delivery, and leadership teams.
• Meet or surpass quarterly and annual booking objectives.
• Ensure the accuracy of CRM data, forecasting, and pipeline metrics.
• Promote a healthy balance of service revenue, including new logos, expansions, and multi-project initiatives.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven, quota-carrying experience in selling cybersecurity consulting or technical professional services, with a strong preference for offensive security services.
• A demonstrated history of exceeding annual booking targets.
• Strong comprehension of penetration testing methodologies, red teaming frameworks, and enterprise security requirements.
• Outstanding consultative selling, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Highly self-driven, autonomous, and comfortable in a remote-first environment.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Established network of CISOs, security leaders, or procurement contacts in the Southeast Territory.
• Experience with multi-year programs, managed offensive services, retained services, or significant red team engagements.
• Background in selling to or working within heavily regulated sectors such as financial services, telecommunications, energy, pharmaceuticals, and critical infrastructure.
• Experience in selling or working with managed services like managed detection & response (MDR) or managed offensive testing (continuous penetration testing, attack surface management, breach-and-attack simulation, etc.).
• Capability to integrate offensive testing insights into broader security initiatives, including secure SDLC, product security, cloud hardening, and tabletop exercises.
