This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with motorcycle dealers, workshops, distributors, and trade customers.
• Achieve sales growth consistent with company goals and established targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within designated territories.
• Professionally and effectively promote the company’s motorcycle tyre range and related products.
• Offer technical and commercial product advice to customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits while maintaining precise account records.
• Keep track of market activities, competitor advancements, and customer trends.
• Assist with marketing efforts, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
• Represent the company at motorcycle trade shows, exhibitions, racing events, dealer open days, and other industry-related functions.
• Participate in weekend and after-hours events as needed by the business.
• Prepare updates on the sales pipeline and performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as operations, logistics, and customer service to ensure high service standards.
• Full UK Driving licence - Willingness to travel throughout the UK as required.
• Previous experience in tyre sales, automotive sales, or the motorcycle industry is preferred.
• Strong commercial insight and customer relationship management abilities.
• Self-driven with the capability to work autonomously and manage territory activities effectively.
• Flexibility to travel and participate in weekend events and exhibitions.
• Good organizational and reporting skills.
• Proficient IT skills, including experience with CRM and Microsoft Office applications.
• Full motorcycle licence is preferred.
