Sales Executive – MODA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Achieve and surpass a designated quota for new software licenses and revenue from professional services.

• Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead identification to closure—for an innovative product technology aimed at electronic data management in life sciences manufacturing.

• Generate, track, and qualify leads through both outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up efforts.

• Act as the primary liaison for prospects, confidently addressing both technical and commercial inquiries.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and pipeline information in Salesforce.

• Continuously enhance your sales strategy to align with customer priorities.

• Identify target accounts and key decision-makers by utilizing the web, social media, industry publications, and third-party data sources.

• Execute targeted outreach campaigns, distribute marketing materials, and ensure consistent follow-up.

• Facilitate meetings between prospects and sales engineers or executives.

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on industry events and trade shows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in selling informatics, analytics, or process automation software platforms within the life sciences sector.

• Exceptional leadership, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities.

• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills—able to engage effectively with both scientists and executives.

• Preferred: Working knowledge of cGMP manufacturing processes (Cell and Gene Therapy, Biologics, CDMO, Fill/Finish, Upstream/Downstream) and/or QC Microbiology.

• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) is strongly preferred.

• Previous experience in selling MES, EBR, or LIMS solutions is highly favored.

• Bachelor's degree in Science, IT, or Business is required.
