• Manage opportunities from start to finish, encompassing lead generation through pre-sales to final closing.
• Oversee the solution demonstration (demo), proposal presentation, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Facilitate a seamless transition to Results Delivery (Implementation) and Customer Success teams.
• Develop and present business cases that reinforce Arvo's value proposition to both prospects and clients.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Results Delivery to offer process insights and enhance value creation.
• Maintain an up-to-date pipeline, demonstrating autonomy and strategic thinking in opportunity management.
• Provide market and customer insights to inform commercial strategy and shape the product roadmap.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B enterprise sales, particularly in consultative and complex sales cycles.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Proven experience in selling SaaS solutions, including conducting demonstrations.
• Experience in constructing business cases and commercial roadmaps.
• Capability to lead strategic negotiations with senior executives.
• Self-motivation and discipline in managing pipelines and performance metrics.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence various stakeholders.
• Openness to attending in-person meetings with prospects and engaging in external events, including necessary travel.
• 13th salary (annual bonus): prorated based on months worked during the year
