• Act as the main point of contact for all matters related to customer account management.
• Establish and nurture robust, enduring relationships with customers.
• Negotiate agreements and finalize deals to enhance profitability.
• Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and potential clients.
• Conduct regular in-person visits to clients, ensuring continuous on-site engagement and relationship development.
• Proactively discover and leverage additional revenue opportunities within the current customer base through cross-selling and upselling.
• Experience in B2B SaaS sales within the SOLA region (based in Buenos Aires, Argentina).
• Strong overall sales capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, persuade, and negotiate large enterprise deals.
• Proficient in effectively managing and sustaining a healthy sales pipeline.
• A proven “closer” with a history of leading complex deals involving multiple stakeholders.
• Highly self-driven, with a strong commitment to continuous growth and enhancement.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional and remote teams.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
