This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Drives sales for the assigned portfolio.

• Key responsibilities encompass channel development, pipeline management, sales qualification, CRM utilization, dealer development, dealer contracting, dealer training, SG&A management, and frontline product support.

• Aims to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, meeting portfolio sales goals and contributing to overall goal attainment.

• Acts as the voice of the customer, motivating all divisions to create and provide a dealer-focused experience.

• Engages in industry conferences and related marketing initiatives.

• Executes continuous improvement initiatives, resulting in enhanced operational processes, increased efficiency, and better sales conversion rates.

• Collaborates with claims, marketing, clients, and dealers to gather insights on market trends, competitive analysis, and pricing feedback.

• Keeps informed about contract terms and conditions, collaborating with underwriting and claims to recommend changes aimed at product enhancement.

• Actively participates as a member of the Sales team.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience is required.

• Sales experience in heavy equipment extended service contracts and related insurance products is advantageous but not essential.

• A Property and Casualty Insurance license is preferred and must be secured post-hiring.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint is necessary.

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus.

• Knowledge of business intelligence tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or Qlik is beneficial.

• Willingness to travel up to 70% as required.

• Proven experience in implementing policies and procedures, managing multiple projects, delegating routine tasks, and delivering communications to a broad audience, alongside complex technical expertise and extensive knowledge of the heavy equipment industry, including current trends, and executing functional strategies at an intermediate level.
