This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Providing guidance to employers regarding employee and corporate events, from the initial inquiry to final execution.
• Crafting customized event concepts and proposals, conducting sales meetings, and overseeing the process until the contract is signed.
• Delivering exceptional customer support via phone, email, and digital channels, while fostering long-term relationships with clients.
• Proactively sourcing new event venues and partnerships, maintaining existing relationships, and broadening the network.
• Operating independently in a structured and goal-oriented manner within a remote environment; onboarding will take place in Munich, Steinsee, and Fuerteventura.
• Demonstrated sales acumen with a successful track record in sales.
• Strong consulting, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Relevant professional background in tourism, hospitality, or event management, or in a similar commercial or sales-focused position.
• Comprehensive commercial insight with experience in pricing proposals, contract negotiation, active account management, and regular use of CRM and ERP systems.
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to work remotely from the Canary Islands.
• Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude.
• Proficient in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible working hours.
• Modern office located in Fuerteventura or the option to work remotely from the Canary Islands.
