This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate discovery discussions with clients to gain insights into their business challenges, technical needs, and desired results.
• Evaluate and document clients’ current infrastructure, applications, and operational processes to pinpoint gaps and opportunities for enhancement.
• Create customized, scalable, and cost-efficient managed services solutions that are in line with client requirements and long-term objectives.
• Develop and present persuasive solution proposals that effectively convey value, technical strategy, and anticipated benefits.
• Work closely with Sales, Project Management, and Support teams to ensure that proposed solutions are practical and aligned with FusionTek’s capabilities.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and consult with internal teams to improve our service offerings and sustain a competitive advantage.
• Provide training to internal teams on new solutions, sales techniques, deployment strategies, and how these offerings fit into our existing service portfolio.
• 🎓 High School Diploma is mandatory
• Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to IT is preferred
• A minimum of 5 years of technical support experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is REQUIRED (Please note that candidates with backgrounds solely in SaaS, enterprise software, or general IT sales will not be considered for this specific position)
• 2 to 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, or in an equivalent solutions-focused technical role
• Strong understanding of desktop and server operating systems
• In-depth knowledge of networking concepts and design (including IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, firewalls)
• Significant experience in designing cloud solutions (O365, Azure, Azure AD, Intune)
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices in service management
• Experience with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools (Datto RMM is a plus)
• Experience with Autotask PSA is an advantage
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102) certification is a plus
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) certification is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
• Self-driven, proactive, and a strong proponent of client success
• 💰 Competitive salary range: $110,000 – $125,000 annually
